Module 1 develops the framework for thinking about a strategic approach to maintenance management that is integrated with the business. Drawing on the elements presented in the “Maintenance Excellence Pyramid” of Uptime, participants in Module 1 will learn how strategy, people, basic care, materials management, performance management, work management, support systems, and tools such as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) can work together to build a culture of excellence.
About the Training:
In support of focused learning paths, TSAG will be offering Northern Lakes College’s Maintenance Work Management Certificate; created specifically for maintenance practitioners such as planners, schedulers, supervisors, coordinators, and operations personnel working alongside maintenance teams.
Through this program, participants will complete Module 1 and Module 6 of the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program and, upon successful completion, will receive a recognized certificate.
This certificate reflects a participant’s understanding of:
- The benefits of an integrated maintenance management strategy
- Fundamental principles of work management processes
- Best practices in maintenance work planning, scheduling, and coordination
What to Expect:
- Attendance is 100% mandatory for all sessions
