Charlie Chalifoux was the Chief of Swan River First Nation for thirteen year and has been on Council for the past six years. Charlie is also an accomplished Journeyman Carpenter. Currently, Charlie sits on the Board of Directors for:

Stephen Ahnassay has been employed for the past three years with the Dene Tha First Nation. Stephen presently assisting the First Nation Community with Advice/Inspections for Public Building Maintenance, and all aspects of Infrastructure and Housing, including the CMHC Sec 95 and RRAP Program.
